Jack Fuchs
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Jack is responsible for the development of new business lines and the strategic direction of Spring11. Jack has overseen company growth from formation to one of the largest third party commercial real estate services companies with over 500 employees globally advising more than 300 clients, including some of the world’s most recognized financial institutions. Spring11 started as a due diligence and staffing company and has since expanded into asset management, loan servicing, and workouts, lease administration and finance and accounting, KYC/credit and litigation searches, and insurance review.
Jack has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in due diligence, asset management, and investing. Prior to Spring 11, Jack spent three years as a consultant at Accenture where he was responsible for all aspects of the commercial real estate due diligence and advisory team. Jack currently serves on the investment committee of Arcus Development Company (arcusdevco.com), a real estate company focused on ground-up development in New York City and as a member of the advisory board of Nativ, a commercial real estate SaaS platform acquired by Built (getbuilt.com/nativ) in 2022.
Jack holds an MA in Economics and Ancient History from the University of St Andrews.
Aimee Sailor
Managing Director
Aimee has over 20 years of experience as an accomplished financial services specialist with extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate finance. As Managing Director at Spring 11, Aimee oversees all advisory and capital markets services for the New York office, including business development, underwriting, compliance, technology and staffing. Aimee has extensive knowledge of capital markets transactions across CMBS, CRE-CLO, residential, ABS, re-securitizations, GSE, multifamily and single-family, small balance, and seasoned loans. Her expertise allows her to deliver innovative solutions to clients that address key industry challenges surrounding the lifecycle of commercial loans.
Prior to joining Spring 11, Aimee was a Managing Director at SitusAMC, where she was responsible for all advisory work, including commercial and agency underwriting, and for developing the firm’s Securitization team. Prior to her time at Situs, Aimee spent more than two decades in real estate advisory and structured finance at EY, KPMG and PwC, where her experience included rebuilding and leading their Commercial Real Estate Structured Finance groups. Aimee also built and managed the European Structured Finance team for EY in London. Aimee is an active member of CREFC and has held leadership positions in the CREFC woman’s network.
Aimee has a B.A. in Economics and Marketing from Syracuse University and a Real Estate Finance and Investment Certification from New York University
Adam Zuckerman
Managing Director
Adam Zuckerman has over 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience across all commercial assets classes, including but not limited to Retail, Office, Multifamily, Hospitality, Self -Storage, Industrial, Mobile Home Parks, Independent Movie Studios, and Ground Up Development. As Managing Director at Spring11, Adam co-head’s the Boca Raton office, focused on helping oversee the company’s debt and equity advisory and underwriting work. Adam maintains strong relationships with national lenders, major hedge funds, private equity groups, investment firms, B-piece investors and note purchasers.
Prior to joining Spring11, Adam served as a Director at SitusAMC for over seven years where he was responsible for loan underwriting and loan structuring, compliance, staffing, training, and business development. . Prior to Situs, Adam was a Principal Correspondent Mortgage Lender at Metropolitan Financial Corporation where he managed an origination team and the placement/funding of over $500 million in commercial financings and over $455 million in residential financings. Earlier in his career, Adam worked at CIBC World Markets and Deutsche Bank Mortgage Capital where he underwrote, closed, and securitized over $3.0 billion in commercial real estate loans.
Adam has a Bachelor of Science, Speech Communication, from Syracuse University.
Patrick D'Sa
Managing Director
Patrick has over 25 years of experience in national and international underwriting, valuation, feasibility and consulting, with a special focus on hospitality assets. As Managing director of Spring 11, Patrick serves as relationship manager for several major global lending institutions and is co-head of the Boca Raton office. His engagements have spanned the United States, Europe, the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Patrick’s expertise includes hospitality property types ranging from limited-service hotels to resort and trophy assets including The Plaza Hotel in New York City, The Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach, the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, CA, and the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA.
Prior to joining Spring11, Patrick spent 18 years as a Director with SitusAMC. He also spent five years as a Director with International Hospitality Advisors (IHA), a company he co-founded. Patrick began his career at PKF Consulting, where he performed market feasibility studies and valuations for hospitality-related properties throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America.
Patrick received an MBA and Bachelor of Science, Hospitality Management, from Florida International University and has been a visiting lecturer at the School of Hospitality Management at Florida International University.
Nick Lane
Managing Director
Nick has over 16 years of commercial real estate experience in asset management and special asset management (SAM). As Managing Director at Spring 11, Nick oversees the strategy and execution across all asset management and servicing activities. Nick also serves in the capacity of special servicer for assets across various securitizations.
Previously, Nick was an Asset Management Director at Trimont Real Estate Advisors where he oversaw a team serving in both the primary and special servicing roles for CLOs, and managed REO positions following Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. His expertise includes managing workout and REO positions for office, industrial and retail assets, multi-family, and residential developments.
Nick has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Auburn University.
Jennifer Munger
Managing Director
Jenn has over 25 years of commercial real estate and capital markets experience. As Managing Director at Spring 11, Jenn oversees the KYC team including all credit/litigation research and client management. Prior to Spring 11, Jenn was the founder of CSRE Inc, a real estate due diligence firm specializing in borrower credit due diligence. Prior to founding CSRE Inc, Jenn served as Managing Director at Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Finance where she was an integral part of the credit team focusing on small balance loans. Jenn also served as a Senior Credit Officer in the Real Estate Finance Group at Credit Suisse, and as an Associate at CIBC where she helped establish an underwriting team for both fixed and floating rate structured finance products. Jenn began her career in commercial mortgages with Smith Barney. Jenn is an active member of the CREFC woman’s network.
Jenn has a B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York at Cortland and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
